Our beef comes from Irish Dexters, a small, hardy breed of cattle known for producing lean, flavorful meat.  Because of their smaller stature, their impact on the environment is less than that of larger breeds of cattle.  Our pigs diet consists of pasture, vegetables, dairy and grain, all designed to produce healthy growth and lean, flavorful meat.
