Harris Hearth Breads is a licensed micro-bakery specializing in a variety of naturally leavened, or Sourdough, artisan hearth breads and English Muffins. We bake wholesome bread made with stone ground and whole grain flours, which are carefully crafted by hand using ancient techniques and wild yeasts.
