Zydeco Meadery is a family-run meadery based in North Attleborough, Massachusetts, crafting small-batch, Creole-inspired meads from local honey, heirloom apples, Traminette grapes, and hibiscus flowers. Founded by Trinidadian American owners, the meadery blends cultural tradition with New England ingredients to create bright, balanced, and food-friendly meads that challenge the notion that mead is overly sweet. Their flagship, Carnival Rose, is a lightly carbonated hibiscus mead inspired by a traditional Caribbean sorrel recipe, offering a vibrant, refreshing profile perfect for any season.
