As I See It

I am a junior high student and my Dyslexic Super Power gives me my artistic strength.  I started the business to share my art and give back to charities working on making the world a better place.  Most of my designs start with a photograph and then I draw over the image with my iPad/pencil. I put the art on greeting cards, notepads, journals and totes.

Hidden Dragon Candles

market dates TBD

Hand-made dragon candles that have a dragon figurine inside! When you burn a regular candle you are rewarded with the comforting yellow glow of a candle flame and the relaxing fragrance stored within the wax. But once the candle has burned, all that remains is a memory and a pool of melted wax. Not so with Hidden Dragon Candles! When you burn your dragon candle, a pewter dragon figurine will rise from the pool of wax. This is your Hidden Dragon – a permanent reminder of your candle.

Ackermann Maple Farm

7/2, 7/23 & 8/6

Ian and Caitlin both grew up in Cabot, Vermont. In early 2013, they purchased the 36 acres that would become Ackermann Maple Farm, and constructed their business. The sap that flows from more than 3,000 taps is heated using a wood fire, evaporating the water and drawing out the pronounced natural maple flavor for which Vermont is known. The tapping, sap collection, boiling, filtering, bottling, and shipping are all done by Ian and Caitlin.
